No Refund or exchange is possible

-in case of any mistake in the order from our side or damaged item, item will be replaced within 7-10 working days, subject to informing us and returning the wrong or damaged item within 3 days from the delivery date with its original received packaging without washing or using it.

Printed abayas can have printing marks or lines due to printing machines, they are not considered as damaged items and no returns are issued. 

- in case the customer chose buttons option and the abaya is delivered without button, a refund of ﷼‎30.63 will be issued as a discount code for future orders.
